Museum is an institution dedicated to collecting, studying and exhibiting culturally or scientifically significant objects of human culture and environment. A space that includes a multitude of objects that tell many different aspects of human history.
But what is actually a museum? What can we do inside a museum? How many different types of museums are and who can we meet there?
Children discover what a "museum" really is by observing and exploring everyday objects, copies and authentic artifacts. By turning into museologists, conservationists, tour guides and visitors, students explore behind the scenes at the museum and make their own exhibitions. Going through ECMs collections children imagine what their own (children's) museum would look like.
